Elimination of tacho-generator G3 from the feed roll motor.
By installing our Electronic Controller in place of O.E.M.'s feed roll drive, the need for tacho-generator G3 in the feed roll motor is eliminated. The cost of tacho-generator is approximately Rs. 35000/- and the operative life of the tacho-generator is approximately 2 to 3 years. Whereas our Electronic Controller costs much less than the tacho-generator and operative life is almost endless.
Reduced maintenance costs.
By installing our Electronic Controller in place of O.E.M.'s feed roll drive, the current levels of the feed roll motor are reduced considerably. This means reduced heating of the motor winding and ball bearings and hence reduced maintenance of the feed roll motors.
No need for calibration when changing the feed roll motor.
Whenever the feed roll motor is changed during breakdown or preventive maintenance, the O.E.M.'s feed roll drive needs to be calibrated for perfect working of the new feed roll motor. By installing our Electronic Controller, the need for calibration is eliminated. Our Electronic Controller is factory calibrated and can work perfectly on any feed roll motor.
